Criteria for scientific research projects

  • Projects that either confirm – or challenge – the etiological model proposed by Fondation Autisme.
  • Projects where the intervention of the Foundation could prove decisive (e.g., seed funding, early-stage support).

Criteria for solidarity initiatives

  • Promoting or applying best practices recommended by public authorities
  • Showing genuine care toward autistic people, their families, other support providers, and public authorities.
  • Bringing meaningful benefits to autistic individuals and their families.

Requests for Proposals

Periodically, the Foundation may issue calls for proposals relating to solidarity initiatives.

The specific procedure to be followed will be set forth in the process.

For families

We support solidarity initiatives that demonstrate social value, selfless management, and a role in disseminating best practices in care and support.

Unsolicited Requests for grants

  • How to proceed :
    • Write to contact (at) fondation-autisme.org to request a written and/or oral exchange with the aim of validating the project’s preliminary eligibility.
    • Submit the documents required for the review of the application and for the decision-making process.
  • Documents required for application review and decision-making:
    • Signed application letter from legal representative or delegate
    • Detailed project description and budget
    • Current articles of association, dated and signed
    • List of current members of Board of Directors and, if applicable, Executive Committee
    • Most recent activity report
    • Most recent financial statements, including auditors’ report(s) if applicable
  • Additional documents required for disbursement of grant (once approved):
    • Copy of registration certificate or any other valid document proving registration and legal identity
    • Bank account identification slip showing IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes
    • Sworn statement attesting to accuracy of information provided, dated and signed by authorized person
